Terms of Use
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms cover this website and the Agent Chakra waitlist. They are short because the site does one thing: it tells you what Agent Chakra is and lets you join the queue for the private closed beta.
Who you are dealing with
agentchakra.com is operated by King of Automation LLC ("we"). You can reach us at [email protected].
The closed beta and the waitlist
- Agent Chakra is in a private closed beta. Invites go out in waves, in waitlist order, and the cohort is deliberately small.
- Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line. It is not a purchase, not a contract for the product, and not a guarantee of access by any particular date.
- Pricing is shared with your invite, before you commit to anything, and nothing on this site is an offer at a price. The product terms this site describes, including the free trial, month-to-month membership, and the exit license, are the terms we intend to offer; the invite carries the version that binds.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time: one click in any email, or write to us.
Using this site
- Use the site and the waitlist form as a person, for yourself. No scraping the form, no bulk or automated signups, no submitting someone else's email address.
- The content of this site (text, design, the Agent Chakra name and lotus mark) belongs to us. Quote it with attribution; do not pass it off as your own or use the marks to imply endorsement.
- Links to third-party services (for example our Telegram community) lead to platforms with their own terms, which apply there.
- This site and the waitlist are for adults running or starting a business. They are not directed to children, and you need to be at least 16 to join the list.
- If you send us ideas or feedback about Agent Chakra, thank you; you agree we can use them to build the product without owing you anything for that. Your own data stays yours; this covers the suggestion, not your business.
- We can remove waitlist entries that break these rules (bulk signups, someone else’s address, abuse). For a person on the list in good faith, your spot is yours.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and the product pages honest: no invented numbers, no fake scarcity. That said, the site is provided as is. During a closed beta, details of the product can change between what a page says today and what ships to your wave. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.
If your misuse of this site (say, the bulk signups above) gets us dragged into a claim by someone else, you agree to cover the costs that misuse causes. This is the standard clause; it exists for abuse, not for readers.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and does not let us exclude.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, where King of Automation LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, write to us first; almost everything is fixable by email. A dispute neither side can settle that way belongs to the courts of Wyoming, except that if you live somewhere whose law gives you the right to sue at home, that right stands. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies; these terms are the whole agreement about this website.
Privacy
What we collect and how to have it deleted is covered, in full, in the privacy policy. The short version: your email, no sale of data, one-click unsubscribe.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
