Agent Chakra is built on the idea that your data is yours. This page describes what this website collects, why, where it lives, and how to make it go away. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

Who we are

This site is operated by King of Automation LLC, the company behind Agent Chakra ("we"). For anything in this policy, write to [email protected]. For readers in the EU: King of Automation LLC is the data controller for the processing described here.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist. This is the only personal information we ask for. We use it to confirm your spot, tell you when your invite wave is next, and send the occasional note we believe is worth your time.
• Referral and campaign codes (a ref value or UTM parameters), if the link that brought you here carried them. We store them alongside your signup so we know which introduction or campaign to credit. They tell us which link brought you here.
• Anti-bot signals. The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile is processed by Cloudflare and does not show you puzzles or build an advertising profile.
• Optional analytics. Only after you choose "Allow analytics," Google Analytics measures acquisition, page visits, and conversions, while our first-party behavior system measures bounded site and agent interactions. The same choice controls both systems.

That is the full list. We do not collect names, payment details, or browsing profiles, and this site sets no advertising trackers.

Optional behavior analytics

Google Analytics uses short-lived first-party cookies after consent. It is configured with a seven-day non-rolling cookie lifetime, Google Signals disabled, advertising personalization disabled, and no cross-domain identity linking. Event data is retained for two months and user data for fourteen months. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Our first-party system collects bounded page, funnel, friction, and agent-correction events. A random per-tab session ID groups those events during that visit. It does not collect form contents, query text, IP addresses, raw user-agent data, or session replays. Page locations sent to either analytics system use normalized paths without query strings.

First-party events are processed in an isolated GBrain source, separate from ordinary product memory, and are deleted after two months. You can revoke or change your choice at any time. Revocation stops new events and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site.

Where your data lives

Waitlist submissions are stored in our own database on Cloudflare (D1). Transactional email, such as your waitlist confirmation, is sent through Resend, which processes your email address for delivery. Both providers act on our instructions as processors; neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Where it travels

Our providers (Cloudflare, Resend, and, only with your consent, Google) are United States companies, so if you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland your email address is transferred to the US. Those transfers are covered by the EU-approved safeguards each provider maintains: Data Privacy Framework certification or standard contractual clauses. We pick processors that carry them; we do not transfer your data anywhere that has neither.

How we protect it

The site is served over TLS, the waitlist database is access-limited to the systems that need it, and the honest cornerstone of our security is collecting almost nothing: an email address and a referral code cannot leak what they never contained. No one can promise absolute security on the internet, and we will not pretend to; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you plainly and quickly.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not in any form.
• We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this site.

How long we keep it

Your waitlist entry is kept while Agent Chakra is in its private closed beta and for as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe, and we stop emailing you. Ask for deletion, and the record itself is removed.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe in one click. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. No login, no retention questionnaire.
• Deletion on request. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete your record. We confirm when it is done.
• EU/GDPR rights. If you are in the EU or a jurisdiction with similar law, you also have the rights of access, rectification, portability, restriction, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The legal bases we rely on are your consent (joining the waitlist, and separately, allowing analytics) and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting this site.

US state privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights to know, correct, and delete what we hold, the right not to be discriminated against for using them, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. Those last two are easy here: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context advertising, for anyone, regardless of any signal, so a Global Privacy Control browser setting is already honored by default. Children

This site is for adults building businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if that somehow happens, write to us and the record is deleted.

Closed beta status

Agent Chakra is in a private closed beta. This policy covers this website and the waitlist. When the product itself onboards you, you will get a product-specific privacy notice before any product data is processed; nothing about your waitlist signup changes silently.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and note the new date above. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
